Paul serves with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, is the pastor of Sailors Union Church in downtown Baltimore, and has a powerful heart for ministry. He feels called to Dundalk to help launch a local FCA branch, reaching students and athletes with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
