This Sunday might just be the reminder your soul has been waiting for.

I want to personally invite you to Freedom Baptist Church this Sunday, December 7 at 10:45 am for a message titled “When His Presence Makes the Difference” from Exodus 33.

Israel had seen miracles. They watched the Red Sea split. They stood at the foot of Sinai while the mountain shook under the weight of God’s voice. They were a people who had every reason to trust Him. Yet after their greatest failure, they stood in the uneasy silence of distance from God. The sound of idolatrous singing had faded, the golden calf had been reduced to ashes, and the judgment had already fallen. What lingered was the ache of separation.

Exodus 33 opens with that tension. God tells Moses that the land is ahead, the promise still stands, and the angel will go before them, but He Himself will not go with them. It is one of the most sobering moments in the Old Testament. Israel had the future but they had lost the fellowship. They had the blessings but not the presence behind them.

Moses responds with something every believer needs. He realizes that nothing matters without the presence of God. Not success, not forward motion, not opportunity. The land means nothing without the Lord. The chapter becomes a story of people who feel the ache of His absence, a leader who refuses to move without Him, and a God who reveals His glory to a heart that hungers for Him.

This Sunday we are going to walk through that story together and look at why God’s presence is the one thing we cannot afford to live without. If your heart feels tired, if you feel spiritually distant, or if you simply want to grow deeper in your walk with God, this message will meet you right where you are.

Bring your Bible, bring your family, and come ready for God to speak.
